Red Cacao is founded and inspired by passionate chocolatier Marcus Booth-Remmers who has trained extensively in both Australia and Europe bringing his skills, knowledge and techniques back to Red Cacao in Stirling.
He is dedicated to using only the finest European Couverture and premium local ingredients in his creations.

His passion for chocolate started years ago as he worked in the kitchens of some of South Australia’s top restaurants as a patisserie chef.
Following his passion for fine chocolate Marcus travelled to Europe to learn from the experts.
